The Main Differences: KineticFrame vs. TechFlex Power

While both series are built on JOOLA’s legendary Propulsion Core, the way they handle energy and flex has evolved:

  • JOOLA Pro IV (The Powerhouse): Features TechFlex Power (TFP)—a high-density foam insert in the throat designed to increase dwell time and forgiveness. It offers a "diving board" flex that provides massive pop and immediate offensive power.

  • JOOLA Pro V (The Precision Tool): Introduces the KineticFrame. Inspired by the kick-point engineering found in hockey sticks and golf clubs, this dual-pivot design allows the paddle head to move parallel to its original position. The result? A more predictable exit trajectory and a "platform" flex that rewards players who swing with intent.

Which One Should You Choose?

  • Choose the Pro IV if... you want maximum "out-of-the-box" power. If you rely on your paddle to generate depth and speed on drives without having to take a massive swing, the Pro IV’s explosive pop is your best friend.

  • Choose the Pro V if... you have high swing speeds and demand total control. The Pro V offers a more muted, solid feel at impact. It’s for the player who brings their own power and wants a paddle that won't give them "hot" or unpredictable shots during delicate dink battles or resets.
