Warranties

The manufacturer's warranty covers all defective paddles. Warranties vary, but most paddles will have a warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Any defective paddle must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Manufacturers will require a receipt for all returns. If you have lost your receipt, follow our Order Lookup link, email us at experts@justpaddles.com or call us at 1-866-382-3465. If needed, we can mail or fax a receipt to you as well.

Return Policy

JustPaddles offers a 365 Day Return Policy, all unused items in their original condition may be returned for exchange or refund. If you have a defective item, all warranties are handled through the manufacturer, and your item may be forwarded to the manufacturer for replacement. When returning a paddle that qualifies for an exchange or refund, simply fill out our online returns form and print your free UPS return label. If you need assistance locating your order, contact us via phone, live chat or email.

Return Instructions

  1. Fill out the online returns form.
  2. Print off UPS label.
  3. Make sure all shipping labels, barcodes, and stickers are covered or removed.
  4. Place your paddle in a box and drop it off at the nearest UPS store or any affiliate that ships via UPS.

UPS affiliates include your nearest UPS Store®, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot®, or Staples®) or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. To find the closest UPS location visit UPS Locator and select Drop Off.

Exchange Policy

Filling out the exchange information does not guarantee that we will still have the item in stock at the time of the exchange. If you would like to guarantee this item, please contact us to purchase the item that you want, and we will issue a refund upon receiving your returned item.

Free Shipping Both Ways

If you are returning a defective item, please keep in mind all warranties are handled through the manufacturer, and your item may be forwarded to the manufacturer for replacement. All returns are processed the same day we receive them; your credit card statement can take 48 to 72 hours before the credit reflects on your statement. If you paid via PayPal, Amazon Checkout, etc., we would not be able to charge any differences to your account. We can credit your account.

Armour

Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty against any manufacture defects for the life of the paddle except due to normal wear-and-tear, paint or graphic discoloration, paddle abuse, dropping of the paddles, scraping the paddles edging by picking up pickleballs, etc. Armour Pickleball reserves the right to review each case and make a determination if the paddle complies with the warranty. Electrum 

Electrum offers a 6 MONTH WARRANTY against manufacturer defects on all of our paddles. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence or user modification, and the natural breakdown over extended use are not covered. Have issues with your paddle? Engage

Franklin

Manufacturer's 90 Day Limited-Warranty Policy: 90 Days from the original date of purchase with accompanying proof of purchase (i.e. receipt or order confirmation). To file a warranty claim, head to https://franklinsports.com/franklin-sports/warranty-claim-form?___store=default

Gamma 

Gamma’s manufacturer's warranty guarantees pickleball paddles to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If found to be defective, a repair or replacement will be issued through GAMMA. Gearbox

Manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty on all Gearbox paddles for manufacturer defects. For information on a Gearbox Pickleball Paddle Warranty, reach out to returns@gearboxsports.com.

GRUVN

GRUVN pickleball paddles are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. If found to be defective, a repair or replacement will be issued. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse or negligence, user modification, fading or scratched surfaces. JOOLA

JOOLA warrants the paddles to be free from major defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT ON ORIGINAL PURCHASE* in the United States and Canada. Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. The warranty does not apply to replacement paddles. 

  • Registration on JOOLAUSA.com is required within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty policy. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects, missing parts, and workmanship.

Nexxed

The Nexxed Victor Middleweight Composite Pickleball Paddle has a limited factory defect warranty of one year from the date of purchase. To contact Nexxed in regards to your warranty, head to https://nexxed.com/contact-us/.

Oneshot

Oneshot will stand behind their pickleball paddles with a limited lifetime performance guarantee that protects against manufacturer defects. To activate coverage, customers must register their paddles within 15 days of purchase by filling out the form on the OneShot website. Onix

Paddletek has you covered and offers a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's guarantee on this paddle. This guarantee protects against manufacturer defects. Pello offers a one-year manufacturer’s defect warranty from date of purchase stating that the paddle is free from defect in material or workmanship within this period. This warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from www.Pello.life or authorized Pello dealers and is not transferrable. All
warrantied paddles must be returned to the authorized dealer with proof of purchase and ask that a claim be entered with Pello by emailing info@pello.life

Pickleball International

PROLITE has you covered and offers a 1-year Limited Manufacturer's warranty on this Pickleball International paddle. This warranty is for workmanship and abnormal defects within this year period. All of PROLITE's paddles have a 1-year “no dead spot” manufacturer's warranty. 

Prince

PROLITE

Manufacturer's 1 Year Limited Warranty on all paddles from date of purchase, against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. ProXR

Limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear not covered. Abuse, negligence and/or modification voids warranty. ProXR Pickleball has the sole discretion on any and all claims. Once a claim is processed replacement paddles are no longer covered.
