Returns vs. Warranties

A return refers to the act of a customer sending back an unused pickleball paddle to JustPaddles for a refund. A return can occur for various reasons, such as the customer receiving the wrong product or the customer simply changing their mind.

On the other hand, a warranty is a guarantee from the manufacturer that the paddle will function as intended for a specified period. If the paddle becomes defective within the warranty period, the manufacturer will either repair or replace it for the customer. Unlike a return, which is initiated with JustPaddles, a warranty claim is usually initiated with the manufacturer, and the manufacturer is responsible for resolving the issue. 

Warranty Instructions

If you are returning a defective item, please keep in mind all warranties are handled through the manufacturer, and your item may be forwarded to the manufacturer for replacement. The manufacturer's warranty covers all defective paddles. Warranties vary, but most paddles will have a warranty for one year from the date of purchase. In most cases, a defective paddle must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Manufacturers will require a receipt for all returns. Return Instructions

All returns are processed the same day we receive them; your credit card statement can take 48 to 72 hours before the credit reflects on your statement. If you paid via PayPal, Amazon Checkout, or Google Checkout, we would not be able to charge any differences to your account. We can credit your account. 

  1. Fill out the online returns form. A UPS label will be sent to you via email. 
  2. Print off the UPS label.
  3. Make sure all shipping labels, barcodes, and stickers are covered or removed.
  4. Place your paddle in a box and drop it off at the nearest UPS store or any affiliate that ships via UPS.

UPS affiliates include your nearest UPS Store®, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot®, or Staples®) or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. To find the closest UPS location visit www.ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx and select Drop Off. 

Return Policy

JustPaddles offers a 365 Day Return Policy. All unused items in their original condition may be returned for a refund. If you have a defective item, all warranties are handled through the manufacturer, and your item may be forwarded to the manufacturer for replacement. When returning a paddle that qualifies for a refund, simply fill out our online returns form and print your free UPS return label. Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty against any manufacture defects for the life of the paddle except due to normal wear-and-tear, paint or graphic discoloration, paddle abuse, dropping of the paddles, scraping the paddles edging by picking up pickleballs, etc. Armour Pickleball reserves the right to review each case and make a determination if the paddle complies with the warranty. Electrum offers a 6-MONTH WARRANTY against manufacturer defects on all of our paddles. GAMMA Pickleball Paddles

Gamma’s manufacturer's warranty guarantees pickleball paddles be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If found to be defective, a repair or replacement will be issued through GAMMA. GRUVN Pickleball Paddles

GRUVN pickleball paddles are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. If found to be defective, a repair or replacement will be issued. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse or negligence, user modification, fading, or scratched surfaces. Holbrook Pickleball Paddles

The warranty does not cover any damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use, transportation damages, or accidental damages. Paddles must be registered 14 days from the day of purchase to apply for a warranty claim. Contact  support@holbrookpickleball.com for further questions.

JOOLA Pickleball Paddles

JOOLA warrants the paddles to be free from major defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT ON ORIGINAL PURCHASE* in the United States and Canada. The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. The warranty does not apply to replacement paddles. 

  • Registration on JOOLAUSA.com is required within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty policy. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects, missing parts, and workmanship.

Oneshot Pickleball Paddles

Oneshot will stand behind their pickleball paddles with a limited lifetime performance guarantee that protects against manufacturer defects. To activate coverage, customers must register their paddles within 15 days of purchase by filling out the form on the OneShot website. Onix Pickleball Paddles

Paddletek Pickleball Paddles

Paddletek has you covered and offers a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's guarantee on this paddle. This guarantee protects against manufacturer defects. ProKennex is kind enough to extend a one-year manufacturer's limited warranty period on this paddle. This warranty is for manufacturer defects. If you get this paddle and experience any structural or performance trouble on it within a year from the purchase date, be sure and let the Paddle Experts at JustPaddles know your experience. 

PROLITE Pickleball Paddles

Manufacturer's 1-Year Limited Warranty on all paddles from the date of purchase, against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. ProXR Pickleball Paddles

The limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear not covered. Abuse, negligence, and/or modification voids warranty. ProXR Pickleball has the sole discretion on any and all claims. Once a claim is processed replacement paddles are no longer covered.
