First Look at the USA Pickleball Nationals

We just caught our breath after an exciting month of pickleball! We saw incredible events from Major League Pickleball and the PPA Tour but the Margaritaville USA Pickleball National Championships held at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in beautiful Coachella Valley, CA is right around the corner! From December 7th to the 14th, many of the best players in the world will once again meet to see who will reign pickleball supreme and take home the title of ‘National Champion.’ 

Before we get into the pro divisions and who we think will walk out of CA wearing gold, we want to mention that this event is also packed full of amateurs of all ages. From fiery juniors all the way up to 85+, this event will play host to a wide range of athletes. We love this about pickleball! It creates such a unity in the sport, and allows the amateurs to rub shoulders, eat lunch next to, snap a selfie with, or at the very least be within an earshot of the greats. Maybe one day, when pickleball gets big enough, this will change but for now, it’s such a unique and great part of our game and something that we wholeheartedly embrace!
