Thick and Sick! Anonymous Intermediate

Pros: Great shape and weight. Felt very in in control of my shots. The ball flew off the face of the paddle and came with some speed too. Loved this paddle a lot! It was sick in a good way!

Cons: Not a real con, but the thickness took a few rallies to adjust to, but after that it was all good.

Different Felicity Moss Intermediate

Pros: I am keeping it as a backup paddle or when I want to work on my dinking game as the weight slows me down some.

Cons: I found this paddle to be a little bulky for me. I wish it was available in a lighter weight. After I play with it for some time it starts to hurt my wrist.

Great paddle - weight didn't slow me down at all. Chris Intermediate

Pros: Great control, able to produce good spin. Plenty of power.

Cons: Grip paint on the face will wear but the paddle spins well without it anyway.

Loved it for two hours. Thenâ€Ĥ. James Reed Intermediate

Pros: Absolutely think they have something special here with this paddle. It has feel, spin, head weight and touch.

Cons: I just don’t think they have it dialed in yet! These early models just don’t hold up. My recent paddle is currently en route back to Justpaddles.com as it cracked internally after two hours on the court. This is the second time this has happened and I was hoping the first time this happened was just a fluke-I loved it that much. Apparently not. I am a tennis convert and found this paddle to be the ultimate transition paddle until it broke down quickly. I am more of a banger than a touch or precision player (coming from tennis) so keep that in mind. If they fix the durability issue I’d run back to this paddle in a minute. I’ve since ordered the Engage MX 6.0 16mm and like everything about it except the lighter weight and less head heavy.

Heavy Doug Potter Intermediate

Pros: Good pop and control and seemingly durable. I've used the paddle off and on since Dec. '21. Reliable serves are the main assets I receive.

Cons: Perhaps too heavy for me, though tough for me at the net. I'm still working with the paddle to get maximum benefit.

Control and consistent Daniel Sanders Intermediate

Pros: Great control around the net, third and fifth shot drops plenty of power when needed. It is a heavy weight paddle but you will not notice it in your hand. Handle is one of the most comfortable I have ever picked up. Great paddle that’s why I have four.

Cons: If there is a con it would be that it does catch some resistance on overhead smashes I am assuming from its thickness. Once you drill and play with it you can adjust your swing on you smash or over head.

Beast! Leo B (3.5) Intermediate

Pros: Dinking is solid, 3rd shot drops are precise , and if I wind up I can ace a miss hit with ease. For the weight it is very quick on Volleys and backhands

Cons: Wish I could find a paddle cover to fit it

Poor quality, poorer customer service Terry powell Intermediate

Pros: Hits we'll and feels great.

Cons: After 3 weeks of use the faces of the paddle are severely chipped showing the white underlayment. Customer service said normal wear and tear. If you want a paddle that looks 10 years old, this is the paddle for you.

Definitely recommended! Lynnette Smith Intermediate

Pros: Definitely a great paddle. The increased width really cushions the vibration to the wrist, elbow and shoulders, bigger sweet spot, more control and power. I’ve had several of my pickleball friends try my paddle after watching me play with it and they also love the feel and control. Little heavier than my first responder paddle, but I don’t even feel the difference.

Cons: None so far.

About the Brand

Diadem was founded in 2015 with a single goal in mind - to develop the most innovative, high-quality tennis products in the world to help players maximize their performance. They found that the tennis industry had become stagnant, with very few brands that were challenging the status quo. With a team made up of former collegiate and professional players and coaches, Diadem set out to develop new and exciting products that catered to players of all levels looking to elevate their game. In 2019 they decided to change the game again by taking their strategy and engineering into Pickleball. As the last American racket sports brand, all of their products are designed and developed in their global headquarters located in the heart of the hottest tennis market in the country - Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Their extensive research and rigorous testing process ensure that every product developed meet superior levels of quality. Through their combined 100+ years of experience as tennis players pickleball players and coaches, they have identified challenges in the industry where tennis equipment has failed its players and developed the solutions to overcome those challenges.
