Pros: Plenty of power and control. A balanced paddle Mine was 8.2 oz. Feels like it was made for me. Spin production easy and adds to control. Best all around paddle that doesn't lack in any area. First game with two players in our club that hit laser shots. The paddle performed flawlessly. I have a Reign Pro that I was happy with before I tried this paddle, Standard handle was comfortable. I normally dismantle them and rewrap with overgrip. Cushioned but not too much. This is from one session out, 6 games. Sweet spot a little smaller due to the longer handle (still bigger than most standard paddles). I may try two handed backhand at net with this paddle.
Cons: New paddle to the market. How long will this last?
Pros: This paddle has a great combination of control and power. I have had no issues with dinking as it has held its own. The grit on the face is what blew me away, it is extremely gritty, I would say even more than the Electrums and Ben Johns. The grip is comfortable/playable without an overgrip.
Cons: This paddle isn't the most wide for an elongated option. Grip isn't the most tacky.
Pros: Probably the best paddle I have ever used in terms of the spin I can generate.
Cons: I typically like a little longer paddle face and slightly shorter handle but by no means a deal-breaker
Pros: Really solid feel and construction. After 3 weeks of heavy play, there are no signs of any playing degradation. I really like how the texture on the paddle face isn’t wearing away like my Ben Johns paddles. Very pleased.
Cons: It is expensive. Needs to last 2x as long as my previous paddles to be cost neutral
Pros: Have only played with it a couple of times so still getting used to my CRBN1. Very good power, nice spin, OK feel at the kitchen line. I think it will be great after some playing time.
Cons: Touch and control at the non-volley line is OK but not great. I think the Engage Pursuit MX beats CRBN in that area.
Pros: -the perfect combo of handle length/thickness, and paddle length/width -the control is amazing, both at the NVZ and for those transition shots that need to stay in play (allowing me to avoid hitting outballs) -I have played both the Gearbox CS14e and the Diadem Warrior, and this paddle is the best-of-both-worlds (more stability than CX14e and quicker than the 19mm Warrior)
Cons: -no cons, I have found my perfect paddle! -Note: it's too soon to rate the paddle's durability
Pros: Spin and control for my slice and topspin.
Cons: None
Pros: Great control at the kitchen and in no mans land Also caries a ton of power
Cons: USAP is lame
Pros: Its just perfect. I’m playing much better.
Cons: Nonr
Pros: This paddle gives me more spin than any other paddle I have tried... and I have tried a lot! Not only can I maximize my spin with this paddle, but I still have optimal control. The grip is standard size and very comfortable. Overall, I am loving this paddle so far! Seems really durable and well made, plus the black on black looks really sleek on the court.
Cons: The face is a little more narrow than my last paddle so still getting used to the sweet spot.
Pros: Mid-weight paddle, large sweet spot with lots of spin and power.
Cons: None to report
Pros: Power
Cons: Little control Doesn’t help by soft game
Pros: great soft feel with the power needed GREAT SPIN!
Cons: non

About the Brand

And I, like many others, play far too much pickleball. I quickly found myself deeply involved in the sport, and as my skills progressed, I became increasingly unsatisfied by the selection of paddles on the market. After trying almost every brand of paddle, I couldn't seem to find the right combination of shape and material that felt right to me. So I decided to make my own. After some serious research, I discovered carbon fiber to be the ultimate material for faces and cores of pickleball paddles as it provides incredible stiffness, which translates into optimum power and control. From there I applied it to the shape that I felt worked best for my style, and thus, CRBN was born. This paddle completely changed my game, and I'm confident that it will do the same for others.
