A middleweight pickleball paddle with a traditional paddle shape with T700 raw carbon fiber for creating a great combination of strength, feel, and spin! The combination of the GRUVN RAW-16S Middleweight Carbon Fiber Pickleball Paddle raw surface and the thick 16mm core results in a strong, stable paddle with consistent and accurate shots and more control. At 7.9 oz this paddle is great for beginners or the most experienced player! Don't forget the all-white edge guard to spice up your style on the court.

Paddle Benefits

A traditional paddle shape at 15 7/10'', 16 mm core gives a player an enormous sweet spot with ultimate control and strength with every shot. A 5.3” handle length is long enough for great two-handed swings and extended reach at the kitchen line, great for players transitioning from tennis! The RAW-16S has a 16mm thick polypropylene honeycomb core designed to evenly react to the force of impact and provide precision control, while also absorbing vibration and noise. No more neighbors complaining about your play and will be legal for any club/organization, including USAP. The 3D Premium Perforated Cushion Grip is a double-layer, two-color anti-slip hand grip, with an inner layer made of a sweat-absorbing sponge and the outer layer made of PU (polyurethane leather) material with big air hole design.

Warranty

GRUVN pickleball paddles are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. If found to be defective, a repair or replacement will be issued. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse or negligence, user modification, fading or scratched surfaces. The GRUVN Product warranty also does not transfer in the situation that a GRUVN Product transfers ownership.

PTSD : Power, Touch, SPIN and DARN FUN!!! Scott Intermediate

Pros: My search is over (finally) for a paddle that has a generous, forgiving sweet-spot, provides tactile feedback for the short-game "touch", has spin galore and has removed the frustration-factor that I have felt with many of my other purchases. (My wife is getting on me about the number of paddle purchases over the past year...) The Gruvn gang have provided me with the paddle that I've been looking for, that resets nicely, has enough pop for passing shots & slams, and has enough spin that the ball is actually CURVING on my slice serves, which has forced numerous jammed returns into the net by opponents... All of this adds up to a darn fun package and I'm really pleased with my purple Gruvn Raw-16S paddle - it punches well above its price point for me....

Gruvn Raw 16s Tom Intermediate

Pros: The paddle does most things well. You can spin the ball easily with it and it has great control. There is still enough power with it when you need it. This is my fourth one as I like to always have a backup for tournys. Along with the great play ability I feel that this paddle is also reasonably priced when compared to many paddle prices now.

Cons: Here is the only drawback to this paddle. I play almost everyday for at least two to three hours a day. You use this paddle that hard and the edge guard is gonna go on you. I had one where the carbon started to split. But I like the paddle so much I’ll keep buying them. I’m an advanced intermediate player (4.25) and first saw this paddle being used by one of the Pickleball Pirates (YouTube channel) Mark Napotovich in Orlando, Fl. This guy is a champion and can use any paddle he wants. I am still impressed with this paddle. It fits my style of play.

Great All Court Paddle PickleballDad Intermediate

Pros: This is a great paddle for those that love a widebody paddle. The sweet spot is excellent and the spin is great for a Gen 1 carbon fiber paddles. . This paddle shines at the net with how fast it feels in your hands. If you pride yourself for fast hands then this paddle will be great for you.

Cons: I think the biggest con of this paddle is the power is just average. If you need to generate more power I would look towards the GRUVN 13s or thermoformed paddles if you want to stay GRUVN strong.
