Pros: This paddle has great pop and a great feel.
Cons: The handle is a little longer than I would usually play with.
Pros: Great for both dinking and drive shots. The handle is longer but it provided me with a different feel than I am used to which was positive.
Cons: The face is a bit small. This paddle is thick so if you are into a thinner paddle you might stay away.
Pros: This paddle has more power and spin compared to the Paddletek Bantam 7.8 oz. I’m used to playing with. I like the extra reach, and it has good feel on dink exchanges.
Cons: It’s a little heavy for me (small 70 year old female) and not as maneuverable at the net. Since I’ve only had the paddle a short time, I can’t comment on durability.
Pros: Soft, wide, very grippy surface. Easy to get some extra spin.
Cons: I don't like Engage's grip shape. Needs to have more pronounced edges and more octaganal. Slightly larger wouldn't hurt. Yes I was a tennis player, for 50 years. Only had paddle for 2 weeks, so guessed on durability.
Pros: Large sweet spot Control
Cons: Weight
Pros: Good feel. Spin the ball easier. Hits with power.
Cons: Handle a bit large.
Pros: Great fit for my large hands, hits smoothly and efficiently and I love the feel
Cons: N/A
Pros: I added an overlay of tape to the grip to make it thicker and stickier. I like the handle length, and the sweet spot.
Cons: I wish you could pick the weight you want for your paddle. This one is 8.1, the last one I had was 7.6. I know it doesn’t seem like a big difference but I like the 8.1 better.
Pros: Much more feel and stability on the dinks. Great for my backhand too. Good power on volleys. Not sure on durability since I just received the paddle so gave 3 stars for now.
Cons: Not as much power on forehand ground strokes so need to work on it.

About the Brand

Engage Pickleball is a US-based manufacturer that takes Pickleball paddles to the next level. Every single step of the Engage paddle production process is done, right here in the United States.
From design to innovation everything is done by Engage engineers. Engage is always working with US-based suppliers to come up with new core components and processes. Engage then take all this into our own manufacturing plant to design, engineer, and build the leading edge paddles with our own in-house technicians.
Why does Engage do all that they do this when most paddle manufacturers outsource their paddles to OEM manufacturers overseas? It's simple. Engage wants to ensure the quality and workmanship in every paddle we make, and the proper 'quality controls' and procedures are in place. The end result. Technologically advanced paddles for advanced play.
When Engage designs a paddle, it goes through a rigorous and thorough testing process to ensure it plays, lasts, and withstands the punishment. All of our paddles comply with the USAPA guidelines and are listed and approved for sanctioned tournament play.
